This project substantially modernised a Victorian rectory. We replaced 80% of the interior, carefully restoring period features. The garden was also landscaped as part of the project.

- Indian limestone flagstones with underfloor heating
- Joinery made sash windows with double glazing and decoration
- Wet room and all sanitaryware fitted. Tiled in Italian limestone
- New drainage put in place for new bathroom layout
